Refund policy

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods. by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form attached to the order confirmation email, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to Dash.Press GbR, Fahrgasse 87, 60311 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
