Shipping policy

We ship as quickly as possible :)

We cannot guarantee that all deliveries will be delivered within the stated delivery times, as shipping is the responsibility of our logistics partners. For NON-EU countries there is no VAT (19% for goods, 7% for books and publications). Heavy packages and orders with a value of more than 500€ will be insured separately. After your order you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package.

Standard shipping is with DHL Express to the following countries:

Germany: Delivery time 1-2 working days
Shipping costs 5,00 €

EU and nonEU: Delivery time 3-8 working days
Shipping costs 18,00 €

Switzerland: Delivery time 2-4 working days Shipping costs 28,00€

Rest of the world: Delivery time 5-20 working days
Shipping costs 45,00 €

Europe-wide shipping is carried out by DHL dash.press assumes no liability.

The goods will be ready for dispatch on the day following your order at the latest. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made within one to four working days to the delivery address specified by the customer, depending on the choice of shipping method and delivery location.

Shipments outside the EU
(1) Standard shipping outside the EU is carried out by DHL.

(2) Shipments to Switzerland
Experience has shown that the delivery time to Switzerland is three to five working days. Please note that we bear the insurance of the goods and any costs for accompanying documents. Article prices do not include German VAT. Customs and handling fees will not be refunded in the event of a return.

(3) Shipments to the USA
Experience has shown that the delivery time to the USA is two to four working days. Please note that we bear the insurance of the goods as well as any costs for accompanying documents. Item prices do not include German VAT or sales tax. Customs and handling fees will not be refunded in the event of a return.

(4) Shipments to the rest of the world (except USA)
Experience has shown that the delivery time to countries subject to customs duties with express delivery is four to six working days. Please note that we bear the insurance of the goods as well as any costs for accompanying documents. Item prices are quoted without VAT and customs duties; this also applies to German VAT. Please note that all import sales taxes, customs duties and handling fees are invoiced separately for each country by the respective transport service provider. If you have any questions about the amount of taxes and fees applicable in your country, please contact our customer service by e-mail: store (kringel) azitastore.com. Please note that any foreign bank charges are to be borne by you. Customs duties, import sales tax and handling fees of the transportation service provider will not be refunded in the event of a return.

(5) Express shipments
All shipments abroad can also be sent using the transportation service provider's express option. For prices and delivery times, please send your request by e-mail to hi (at) dash.press.

Terms of payment

PayPal
The customer can pay via PayPal. When completing the order, the customer will be redirected to the PayPal site, where he must confirm the payment to us by entering his access data. Once the customer has confirmed the payment, he is automatically redirected to our site.

Credit card
Of course, the customer also has the option of paying by credit card. Our systems support Visa and Mastercard. Both payment methods are protected by additional security mechanisms (verified by Visa and Mastercard 3D Secure). Depending on the credit card issuing institution, the customer may have to enter additional security questions or codes during the payment process. The customer can obtain information about this from their credit card issuing institution.
