A pamphlet that works from inside the Universalism behind the Declaration of Human Rights. It prints the full text of the 1948 declaration without deleting a word, but highlights the passages that matter to the collective: the categories used by nation-states, Christianity as a tool of universalisation and colonisation, and the masculine gender written in as the universal default. Alongside the declaration are texts in English and German and a poem by Constantine P. Cavafy. Made by migrants who see double standards and segregationist policies in the society they live in.
