In VISIONS BY Issue No. 4, we delve into the exploration of weapons across various forms, relationships, networks, and infrastructures. We strive to grasp the workings of media and analyze the narratives being constructed. Questions arise about our individual stances, our roles within communities, and the identities we align with. Our examination extends to stones and their symbiotic interactions with minerals and life forms, contemplating the concepts of possession and property and how they, along with ourselves, propagate as everyday influences. Additionally, we aim to unravel the complexities of the cloud.

This issue marks an evolution in format and structure from its predecessors, reflecting an ongoing process of adaptation and experimentation. There is no fixed theme per issue, no defined profile, and no specific target audience. Instead, our contributors are carefully selected to aid in our exploration of the cultural implications of materials and their boundless interpretations.
